How long does delivery take?

Our standard estimated shipping timeframes are:

Order processing: 1–3 business days
Transit time: 5–8 business days
Total estimated delivery: 6–11 business days from the date your order is placed

Is shipping free?

Yes. Every Easton & Carter order includes free shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Free shipping applies to all orders delivered within Australia and the United States.

Easton & Carter is an online-only home decor store based in Australia. We serve customers in Australia and the United States with the assistance of our fulfillment partners.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at help@eastonandcarter.com within 30 days of delivery.

Our team will help resolve the issue, and Easton & Carter will cover the applicable return shipping costs and arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Once an order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.

Easton & Carter does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

How long will my refund take?

After we receive and inspect your return, an approved refund will be sent to the original payment method used for your order.

Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. Our products are backed for 30 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the applicable terms and conditions.

Shipping is free on all orders to both destinations, with no minimum purchase requirement.

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of these locations.

Does Easton & Carter have a physical retail store?

No. Easton & Carter operates exclusively online and does not have a physical retail storefront. Customers can browse and purchase our home decor collection directly through our website.

Can I order in bulk or place a wholesale order?

Yes. We can accommodate bulk orders. Please email help@eastonandcarter.com to discuss pricing, availability, and shipping arrangements.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. We accept exchanges on eligible products.
